This 60-minute 1:1 meditation session is a guided journey of forgiveness, toward yourself, toward others, and toward life itself. You will turn heaviness into lightness, not with force, but with breath, compassion, and presence.
Whether you’ve been holding on to work stress, emotional burnout, or unspoken wounds… this is a space to return to stillness. Each session also includes a free colouring page (PDF) a mindful tool to continue your release practice through art.
